Equipped with three working units for cutting, punching, and bending, you can accomplish all kinds of processing tasks on the bus bars simultaneously. You can easily cut, punch (round hole and oval hole), flat bend, vertical bend, U-bend, flat press, and twist with this versatile machine.

Cutting station:
It adopts thickened ductile iron mid-beam ensures no deformation during long-term use and improves machine stability.
It adopts a shearing structure with a smooth cutting surface, no burrs, no waste, and saves material.
You can step the food-switch, cutting button to process.
Punching station: The six-mode integral turntable is forged from ductile iron and can be installed with molds of different sizes and shapes. So no need to change tools frequently.The turntable is made of one piece, which better ensures the concentrically of the upper and lower tools. By mold conversion, round holes, oval holes, square holes and other alien holes can be punched.
Bending station: Adopts closed structure, which makes it uniform during processing and improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production. It uses a double-layer worktable, so the three stations can work at the same time without affecting. With different tools, it can make flat bending, vertical bending, U-bending, twisting and other operation.
