MX-303KSSK CNC busbar processing machine has three working units: punching, cutting and bending. The three units can be used at same time, which shorten the processing time and improve production efficiency. The bending unit use Siemens PLC. By relative operation unit, it can do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminum bus bar quickly and easily, such as shearing/ cutting, punching (circular hole and oblong hole), flat/horizontal bending, vertical bending, U-bending, embossing, flat pressing, twisting, cable connector processing etc.

 

Main performance characteristics

Punching unit: The six-mode integral turntable is forged from ductile iron and can be installed with molds of different sizes and shapes. There is no need to change molds frequently and the efficiency is high. The turntable is made of one piece, which better ensures the concentrically of the upper and lower molds; the mold mounting holes are CNC machined, with high precision and long service life.Through mold conversion, round holes, oval holes, square holes and other alien holes can be punched.

Cutting unit: It adopts thickened ductile iron mid-beam ensures no deformation during long-term use and improves machine stability; It adopts a shearing structure with a smooth cutting surface,no burrs, no waste, and saves material.

Bending unit: It adopts an open structure, making it easy to pick up and place bus bars, and it is easy to observe the bending angle; it adopts a double-layer workbench, and the three units can work at the same time without being affected. By changing the mold, it can perform flat bending, vertical bending, and embossing , cable connector, folding copper rods, twisting and other operations.

CNC system: Siemens PLC control is used, which is simple to operate; the bending angle is automatically controlled, and the system has a storage function to facilitate storage and recall at any time. Each station can set automatic shutdown time, which is more energy-saving and efficient. The system comes with a fine-tuning function,making it more convenient to use.
