Main advantage:

The winding machine adopts dual speed regulation, mechanical speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve step-less speed regulation. The frequency converter realizes step-less speed regulation, smooth starting and constant torque. The mechanically adjusted shift handle has three gears: low speed, neutral, and high speed; the number of revolutions can be set by a counter to automatically stop.

Guide rail and cocktail of distribution transformer winding machine: The cocktail is integrated with the main box, which is mainly composed of cocktail, live center and guide rail. The cocktail can be moved axially on the guide rail of the base manually to meet the needs of different length linear dies. By rotating the hand wheel,the live center can be extended or returned, which is convenient to move the mold up and down, and improve the strength.The locking handle can lock the top idler and support its weight. 

It is equipped with automatic brake device, which can brake smoothly and prevent reversing when winding stops.

It can preset the number of coil turns and control the positive inversion; the high precision encoder can count the positive and negative.

Button station centralized control, foot switch or button control spindle start and stop.
