5.The equipment has automatic coil arranging function.Through servo system and dedicated lines, automatic coil arranging and winding are synchronized.

6.The pay-off device is equipped with a tension function, and the tension is adjustable to meet the requirements of different coil specifications. There is also a pneumatic pressing device to meet work needs.

7.Before winding, the automatic coil arrangement pitch can be set according to different coil specifications. During the winding process, possible errors can be adjusted through coil diameter compensation and manual adjustment to ensure the tightness of the coil.

8.The desktop control box is located on the upper part of the main axis box, which is convenient, simple and clear to use.
