Product Introduction
The double servo synchronous foil winding machine is suitable for the winding of foil winding machines in the power transformer and reactor industries.
The foil winding machine coil uses copper foil or aluminum foil strips of different thicknesses as conductors and wide-band insulation materials as inter-layer insulation. The coil is wound on the winding machine to form a rolled coil, and the surface wrapping of the inner and outer sides of the coil is completed at the same time. The coil shape can be round, rectangular, oval, etc.
This machine can directly wind the coil on the iron core column with a square cross-section. The winding faceplate and the tail frame support faceplate are equipped with clamping arms suitable for square iron cores. The clamping thickness of the clamping arm can be adjusted. The adjustment method adopts a screw rod type, and the adjustment range is 0-350mm. The width of the clamping arm is 0-180mm, which is also suitable for the use of iron cores of different specifications.
The winding faceplate and the tail frame support faceplate are double servos, and both ends have the same winding torque.
